If you wish to make an order change after an order is placed, we allow a 24-hour time frame to make any adjustments to address, size, or color. If a different item is wished instead, the customer will be invoiced the price difference before the item can be adjusted, unless an item is the same price.

BISOUSWEAR is NOT responsible if the incorrect shipping address is given to us when shipping information is asked during check out. You have 12 hours to email us the correct shipping address. Please make sure your information is correct before placing the order.
**If an incorrect shipping address is given at checkout and the package is undeliverable and sent back to our facility, the customer will be held responsible for the new shipping charges to receive the order at the correct address. BISOUSWEAR does NOT take responsibility for incorrect addresses given.**
Order changes do NOT include canceling orders or refunds. We cannot make changes to an order once the process has gone through. Orders cannot be canceled once placed, no exceptions. Orders cannot be canceled due to long shipping time, a customer agrees to our shipping policy once they purchase.
BISOUSWEAR is NOT responsible for lost/stolen parcels if confirmed delivered. We do not take responsibility for USPS lost packages, undelivered, or address mistakes. If your package was delivered and cannot be found, we recommend contacting your local USPS in your city to confirm they delivered it to the correct address. The customer accepts full responsibly for any loss or damage to these items.
Should there be any issues with your parcel not arriving within this time frame, please email HelloBisousWear@Gmail.com where you will be supplied with a tracking reference number to locate the whereabouts of your parcel.
Although rare, items may arrive in different packages to avoid custom fees/delays.
