WHAT CURRENCY IS EVERYTHING PROCESSED IN?

ALL orders placed on BisousWear.com are processed in USD.  

WHAT IS THE PROCESSING TIME?

Please be aware that the order can take 2-8 business days to ship out once the order is placed. 

Regularly, orders ship out within 2-3 days, but delays are possible.

CAN I ADD A COUPON/DISCOUNT TO AN EXISTING ORDER?

Please be advised we cannot add any discounts/coupons to an existing order,

if the coupon was not able to apply, we will extend it for you to use it for a further purchase, no exceptions.

HOW LONG IS SHIPPING TIME?

BISOUS WEAR ships VIA Epacket from overseas. 

It may take a few business days for the tracking number to work or until it enters the United States. 

As per policy, The shipping can take 8- 15 business days once shipped. Please be rest assured that once you do have a tracking number your order is in transit.

WHY IS MY TRACKING NUMBER NOT SHOWING ANY UPDATES?

Please allow time for your order to be processed by BISOUS WEAR, despatched and processed through your countries customs department before you can expect to see tracking updates.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY BIKINI? 

 It is recommended that you hand wash in cold water immediately after use. Do not iron, bleach or tumble dry. 

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER ONCE PLACED?

We do not cancel orders, once placed. no exceptions,

 IS IT SAFE TO PURCHASE FROM YOUR STORE?

BISOUSWEAR.COM is a safe and secure place for you to shop. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to transmit credit card information and your personal information. This means that all information is encrypted as it transfers via the internet and lands on a secure server when it arrives. We do not store your credit card details in our system. Please refer to our privacy policy for further information.

CAN I PURCHASE BISOUS WEAR IN STORE?

BISOUS WEAR is based exclusively online. We love that you can do your shopping online from the comfort of your own home and your items will be conveniently delivered to your front door.

HOW DO I PICK A SIZE?

Sizing measurements can be found on individual product pages, as sizing differs from category/product.

I JUST PLACED MY ORDER.  CAN I ADD ANOTHER ITEM TO IT?

Unfortunately, we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the additional item.

I PICKED THE WRONG SIZE/COLOR, WHAT CAN I DO?

We can adjust your order as long as it is within the 24 hours after placement.

We cannot adjust size/color after 24 hours, customers are held responsible for picking their size/color of their bikini.

I NEED TO CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS, WHAT CAN I DO?

We are able to adjust shipping addresses within 24 hours of order placement. 

We cannot adjust addresses after 24 hours, customers are held responsible for choosing their address.

If you need to change your address, and is it within the timeframe please email Hello@BisousWear.com

Please ensure all of your shipping details are 100% correct before placing the order.

WHERE IS MY ORDER? WHY HAVEN’T I RECEIVED IT YET?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped that contains your tracking information. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please check your Junk Mail or Spam folder, as it may have been received there.

Please be advised, it may take 2-8 business days to receive a shipping confirmation. Once shipped, orders may take 2-3 weeks to deliver. The tracking number may be shown as "Not Found" until it clears customs and enters the United States.

We are not responsible for delays/USPS System Delays.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

All of our orders are processed Monday to Friday and are shipped within 2-5 Business days of purchase. If a promotional order was purchased, that time can extend up to 8 business days due to high volume. Orders are not processed on weekends (Sat/Sun).
